UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery for DVDs is now free for a limited time only.

Delivery within the UK is by Royal Mail 1st class post. Larger orders may be sent by courier, but there will be no additional charge for this service. Standard delivery takes 2-4 working days.

Delivery on all cards in the UK is free.

European Delivery

Delivery to Europe costs £3 for a single DVD, and up to a maximum of £15 for 9 DVDs. (Please note the maximum number of DVDs is 9 in one single order).

Please allow 10 working days for receipt of your parcel. You may be required to sign for your delivery.

International Delivery (Rest of the World)

International delivery costs £5 per single DVD, up to a maximum of £20 for 9 DVDs. (Please note the maximum number of DVDs is 9 in one single order).

International delivery will be by Airmail. Please allow 10 working days for receipt of your parcel. You may be required to sign for your delivery.

Returns Policy

Please include the delivery note (the original or a copy) or a note with the name of the person who ordered the items, the order number and the reason for the return.

Our 7 day returns guarantee

Our 7 day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrinkwrap intact). We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

• We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty
• We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or not as ordered
• We will not process any refunds or exchanges until we have received the original item from you
• We cannot refund delivery charges for items that are not damaged, defective or not as ordered
• Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you if they are returned to us after the 7 day window, unless they are faulty
